1. Acceptance

By using 2Dto3D you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The service

2Dto3D is a free browser tool that generates a stylised 3D representation of an image you provide. Processing happens on your own device. We may change, pause or discontinue features at any time.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the images you use and to the models you generate from them. You confirm that you own or are licensed to use any image you upload, and that doing so doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

4. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, hateful or sexually exploitative material
• No attempts to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service
• No use that impersonates others or misleads about the origin of a model

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Results are approximations and may not be suitable for manufacturing, engineering or any other critical use without your own verification.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or output arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use 2Dto3D after an update means you accept the revised terms.
